Laura is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer, Wellness Coach, and Group Fitness Instructor. She has been training clients for over 20 years and has helped 100’s of people. She has refined her fitness strategy to provide results, motivate clients, and have fun! Laura enjoys working with a variety of clients from Preschool children through to Active agers in their 90’s! All clients have different health limitations and very different goals. Laura’s fitness journey started on the swim team at 8 years old, continued through high school, in college she played a variety of intramural sports and post college competed in triathlons, 100 Mile Century Bike Rides, numerous 5K, 8K, 10k’s, and her annual Hustle up the Hancock Stair climb for charity. Laura understands what it takes to achieve goals and she never forgets what it is like to start! Her famous quote is “When was the last time you did something for the first time?” She believes that you always need to challenge yourself and it is never too late to start!
