Physical Rehabilitation

Dr. Douglas Ryan Evenhouse working one on one with a patient on core strength physical rehabilitation

Healing from the Core

At Complete Rehabilitation our physical rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise focuses on the patient’s core strength (stomach, buttock, and spinal stabilizers) and branches out according to each patient’s specific needs. Core strengthening is essential when treating people with muscle and joint injuries because all movement and strength is centered from the body’s core. When core strength is lacking, people develop altered movement patterns. This altered movement pattern can produce pain and repetitive injury to the body.

One-on-One Treatment

To ensure that patients properly perform their prescribed exercises and movement patterns, we work one-on-one with each patient, assisting with key movements and heading off bad habits that can cause discomfort, pain, or injury. We also provide coaching and instruction for home exercises to continue your rehabilitation on your own.
